Direct Mail Advertising Case Study: Rock Hill, SC
"They generated $76,041 in revenue!"
The Situation
Senior Benefits Center is an insurance business located in Rock Hill, SC that helps clients with Medicare plans. They wanted to increase their leads, so they reached out to Rocket Print & Mail for help with their marketing.
The Solution
Senior Benefits Center launched an Everywhere Small Business Platinum Plus plan that includes postcards, online ads on social media and Google, as well as streaming ads on Connected TV channels like Hulu and Roku. This marketing plan also ran behavioral ads online that target prospects based on their Google searches and geo-location. For example, if a prospect types in “medicare options” on Google, Senior Benefits Center may come up in an ad online.
Their letter included these features to help entice the prospect to call:
- The letter included the first name of the target through personalization
- A signature from the owner at the bottom of the letter in a handwritten font that makes the message come across more personal
- A QR code that directs the prospect to their website for more information
- Specific calls to action are in bold or red to draw attention to the most important parts of the letter
They mailed 32,583 letters to their own list of contacts. At the same time, the ads ran online and on local TV channels which reminded the prospects to call for a consultation. Together, the letter mailings, online ads and Connected TV ads help redirect prospects back to their business and remind them to call.
