The Situation
Zachary Carver started his own business, Diamond Hands Holdings, in 2020. He wanted to transition out of house flipping into land flipping full time, so he changed his business goals and started a land investment side of his business called Nvesterra.

Nvesterra receives about 5 leads per 1,000 letters on average. Since they send offers in the mail with a contract the prospect can sign, the response rate is limited to people truly interested in selling and at a very discounted price. They obtain about one deal for every 5,800 mailers.
