This land investor based out of Livingston, TX needed a way to reach prospects and see if they were interested in selling their vacant land, so they reached out to Rocket Print & Mail for help with their marketing.

The Solution

This land investment company’s letter included a purchase agreement with a cash offer for the vacant land and a Better Business Bureau logo to help increase trust with the recipient.

They mailed 111,568 letters total, amounting to 106 mailings over the course of the year. The letters were mailed out on a weekly mailing schedule in increments of 1,500-10,000. The mailing list was provided by the land investor and was made up of pieces of land with 7 acres or more in specific counties.

 

 

The Results

They generated $198,000 and expect to bring in $594,000 total!

They were able to generate 975 leads from their annual direct mail marketing campaign across all of the counties they mail to.

They are in the process of converting 44 of them and have closed on 22 properties! Each closing generates an average of $9,000 in revenue. After all 66 properties are converted, they will receive $594,000 in total revenue! Since they invested $37,196 on this direct mail marketing campaign, their return on investment amounts to 1,497%.
