The letter included a personal message from the lead designer and a QR code that goes to their website. They mailed 14,500 letters and 4,000 postcards to single-family homeowners targeting specific areas where they have acquired and refinished homes in the past. They mailed the letters out weekly and the postcards on a monthly basis.
